ADEX has just passed. The exhibition in Singapore was a very interesting one. Being in the vicinity of great editor and photographers like Dietmar W. Fuch, Micheal AW,  Amos Nachoum and  Willian Tan made me realize how important to be on my toes at all time.

The importance of understanding and learning from some of the industries best.

Dietmar spoke of “Underwater Art or Photograph” and “Make money out of your picture”. He helped clear my doubts in regards to selling my pictures and exposing my work. He also used my work ” P U R E Series ” as an examples of what Art is. That was a big PLUS for me coming from him. It made me realize what my goal is about. The Ex editor of Underwasser Magazine compliments me on my pictures and i’m not resting on my laurels. He signed a Fifty Fathom 3D book for me. How cool is that.

Micheal Aw made me realize how important it was to be respected by my peers. He once told me that you’re nothing if they don’t respect your work. Being the motivator that he is to me. It’s a constant learning curve in achieving unique and better pictures. I have so much to learn from him and his style. Thanks Micheal.

William Tan taught me how humbleness and patience affects others. He show me how to maintain your cool at all time, helps. A man so gentle, could be so deadly at a drop of their shutter release when it comes to photography.

Cassandra made me realize how important to have people who knows people in the industry. She’s like the negotiator and deal setter. She’s the PR and advisor. Thanks to her, my goals are clearer and nearer now.

Proud, she made me realize the importance of friendship. I would safely say that this young person has got made skills and talent. Without her, my layout for my books would not look good at all. Thanks to her patience and always being there for me. Without my team, Ms Proud and Ms Dragon, imp would not have come this far.

I was a speaker at ADEX 2011 and spoke about story telling. Seeing either subjectively or objectively. From idea to reality. It was daunting presenting at ADEX but i think i got a hang out of it. I need to prefect the presentation and make it lively. Too much of technical stuff bores the crowd. It need a bit of humor and facts. Anyways next stop MIDE for an exhibition and presentation of my work.
